Listen to an Interview with the author (requires RealPlayer 7 or better)

Why did you write this book?

I wrote this book because I was excited about the results I was seeing with my coaching clients. People were changing their lives. Whether they were stuck or fearful or had been major procrastinators, they began to make progress and were enjoying themselves more! They were accomplishing what they set out to do and gaining the satisfaction of achievement. I wanted to share the strategies I was using as a professional coach so that anyone could use them with ease.

What is the book about?

I describe 7 self-coaching strategies in a simple style with plenty of examples from real clients. Other experienced coaches have added their coaching success stories, too. I walk you through each strategy, step by step, so that you can begin to use it independently.  Read more about "Coach Yourself Into Action" here.
