Mary Lou Johns is a Professional Coach, trainer, and workshop facilitator.  She has over twenty years experience in education as a teacher, program developer, and middle-school principal.   She currently leads an "Artist's Way" group and is in the process of writing a book on coaching.

Her undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa was in in psychology and education.  Her doctoral work at Rutgers University was in the area of social and political foundations.  She has taken advanced work with the Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation.

She keeps balance in her life through watercolor painting, tennis and skiing, and family involvement, especially with her three granddaughters, 1 year old Sarah, seven year old Amanda, and twelve year old Heather.  Mary Lou is married to John Rynes, CEO of HoneyHut Advisors, Inc.  Her son, Eric Johns, is the creator of this web page.
